Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

We hope you love your order 💌 If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Due to the nature of small-batch and handmade items, sale items and custom orders are final sale.

Refunds

nce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at artbyruhi.ca@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
